Terms of Service

Jarvis — Nelo Automation · Last updated: October 26, 2026

1. What this is

Jarvis is a private assistant operated by Nelo Automation for a single user, its owner. It is not a public service and no one else is invited to use it.

2. Use of Google accounts

Jarvis accesses a Google account only after the account holder approves Google's consent screen, and only to carry out that person's own requests. Access can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Handling of Google data is described in the Privacy Policy and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy.

3. Approval for outward actions

Jarvis is designed to ask for the owner's explicit approval before actions that reach the outside world, such as sending a message.

4. No warranty

Jarvis is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It uses automated AI models that can make mistakes, so the owner is responsible for reviewing its output.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nelo Automation is not liable for losses arising from the use of Jarvis.

6. Changes and contact
